According to a report by the Journal.ie, there are just over 11,000 homes to purchase in Ireland as prices continue to increase.
As prices continue to grow, the number of properties available for purchase nationwide on December 1, 2023, was just over 11,100, according to the most recent Daft.ie House Price Report.
The quantity of available dwellings has decreased by 27% annually and is at its lowest point since March 2022. Additionally, it is less than half of the 24,200 average for 2019.
