    I think they are money grabbing con shops designed to make people feel bad about themselves and fleece them of their money by making them feel bad about themselves.

    That lends credence to this Sauna Concept as a motivator & the idea of people specifically going to the Gym for the lounging around after a Workout.

    It's a huge money maker at the moment with gyms everywhere and it's trendy.
    Disco muscle steroid freaks prancin around after giggling attention whores like a non alcoholic disco they pay a fortune for. No thanks.
