Eurabia is an idea that has been doing the rounds for a while now. Most people dismiss it as conspiracy theory. Some say its a plot by EU leaders to form a block powerful enough to rival the USA. Others say it's an attempt by the USA to break down native social solidarity and impose the kind of Plantation Capitalism where the Ruling Class rules over hopelessly divided populations who hate and fear each other. Here's an article that goes into the development of Eurabia as an ideal from the time of Charles De Gaulle.

I'm not sure why Libya is marked as it is on the map. Perhaps there was a feeling that it would be difficult to incorporate Libya into such a scheme - certainly as long as its leader Muammar al-Gaddafi was still alive.

French ex-President Charles de Gaulle is the founding father of Eurabia

What would be the point of taking in the African countries? I see no benefit on that. Surely it would also be more important to fill in those grey european areas and have one true european superstate.

The idea of a European \ North African Union is very plausible. We can be in no doubt that Angela Merkel and those around her wanted Turkey in the EU. If Turkey - why not Algeria and Morocco - who used to be French territories. Indeed, France is still accepting the populations of the Magreb into the EU, so why not its land and resources too. Of course, the Nationalists of those countries may have a different idea - but they can be dealt with the way Al Gaddafi was dealt with. Now the EU is accepting the population of Libya - so why not Libyan oil too?

The elites want to destroy the solidarity of native populations and replace them with powerless atomized individual consumers. The best way to do that is change your neighbour from someone who you have known for generations - to someone who doesn't speak your language, wears strange clothes - and thinks your daughter is a whore who should be raped.

Would make you think if this is already happening with our fleets in the med and the open door immigration.

It's essentially the territory of the Roman Empire. The Arabs thought that they would inherit the Roman Empire - and they very nearly did.

That's how all these Empires are bookended. They begin with fabulous plans for the future and at the end they try to escape defeat by losing themselves among fabulous plans for the future.

If they can barely keep the core nations from spinning off and/or breaking up I don't fancy their chances in a project to annex Africa. Nothing beyond their efforts to poach Africans here anyway.

It all reminds me of Hitler in 1945 pottering among the model of a rebuilt Linz or the new Germania whilst on the outside Germany is reduced to a lunar landscape.

there is no doubt north Africa is in their plans.
Ascension agreements with morocco and Tunisia, taking out gadaffi.
They even loaned Tunisia 200 million this year and give passive support if not actual support to most of the pro eu parties in North Africa.

Pro-EU parties in North Africa is something I've never really thought about - but for sure the EU must be fostering and funding such entities.
