Here's one for Comrade Dublin 4,
Frankie Boyle disgusts me, his toilet humor has no place in todays world.
Ah some of it is pretty good.
Better than any Irish comedian.
Unfortunately, that wouldn't be difficult. Irish comedy is abysmal.
He can be very sharp, Boyle, he has the touch of the Carlin. The establishment does not like him. I suppose McSavage is our version of him.
The rest of the comedians here are all Official Ireland favourites, in a waiting room before they can jump ship to the Beeb. The Brits love hiring Irish snowflakes for their media positions for whatever reason.
True, but McSavage never had the amazing turn of phrase that said so much in so little space.
I can't abide Boyle.
His humour is so utterly predictable and preachy.
I mean....UKIP voters ffs. It used to be Ben Elton banging on about the Tories and Thatcher. Now it's just the same rehashed material..
Prefer Jimmy Carr myself.
That's kind of the appeal of these comedians. They say what many of us would not dream of saying, stuff that would mortify other people depending on who you talk to.
