Gotta love the fade-ins and fade-outs. They were like remixes for simpletons.
The Lucky Lager bottle caps had rebuses on the underside which made them fun to solve. The beer was so watered down, you could solve all sorts of them in an evening.

There were eight of us in the house, and this stuff was truly economical. It tasted awful though.

One of the other things you dont see nowadays is the old nostalgic John Hinde Postcards that you would send when on your cold wet Summer family holiday in the West of Ireland back in the 70s. They would usually have auld lads in flat caps with donkeys and carts and so on.
