Dan, on topic, a statesman has died, and there is despicable vitriol being sent his way.

Either these posters are banned/ censured or this platform has no future.

You are a mod, have the balls to clear them out.

Its incredible that only the Admins seem to have any power here.

    Recipe for disaster here.

What kind of Statesman makes States in a worse position than before?

Man never stood in an election before the people in his life.
Had he done so, he'd have been on the scrapheap.

That's why he loved the EU so much. Bigwigs just get appointed and don't "do" elections.

While normally I agree with you MrT, I am content that this thread is is relatively moderate. Some posters are admiring and a greater number are very much less so. He was a very controversial figure.
He is dead now and if we believe in an afterlife, then he has been judged. Surely that thought makes both sides happy.

I see that this chap was once the chairman of the financial terror-group: Goldman Sachs.

I doubt he'll be resting in peace..

    Well deserved vitriol.

It's nothing compared to the vitriol you directed at the Irish homeless on another thread, many of whom are mentally ill.

In decent company, you'd be put through the nearest window (preferably several storeys up)

I'm pretty sure how he made the two kids. Not sure about the Dog. His wife oddly looks rather like him.

    Of course he's not "out".

    Getting back to the deceased.

Private jets fly south for Sutherland marriage - Independent.ie

He was a member of the Elite. Otherwise known as useful eaters.

I believe this fellow once was a modest man who cycled to work. He ended up being close to a billionaire, I remember once reading his worth to be 500 large.

Anyway, that should inspire Myles, who presently is using a similar mode of transportation.
