A normal day in Jerusalem. That's what police found now in a Palestinian backpack, Koran and two knives.

Flag of Palestine - Wikipedia

... This flag is derived from the Pan-Arab colors and it is used to represent the State of Palestine and the Palestinian people. It was first adopted on 28 May 1964 by the Palestinian Liberation Organization.

Adopted by the PLO in 1964, but adopted by the Palestinian people long before that. Hey, man up and get yourself an account! Or could you be a recently banned poster?

Yes.

Listen, no one arguing the case for Jewish rights is denying the Palestinian people the identity they adopted. They have every right to call themselves what they like, and Israel has always recognised their claim to nationhood.

But it is a fact that up until around 1964, all the Arab nations that constitute "the Palestinian leadership" were dead set against the Palestinian Arabs being recogised as having a distinct identity.

They all said it infringed on their ideal of Pan-Arab nationalism.

It is indisputable is that in the period of time from the Versailles conference until the partition debate in the UN, Arab spokesmen and the Palestinian leadership insisted that Palestine was Southern Syria and that to confer independence on the region infringed on the Arab nationalist vision.

Ahmed Shukeiry, the founder and first head of the PLO among others is on record insisting in the UN council that "it is common knowledge that Palestine is nothing but Southern Syria".

But then in 1964 that the PLO decided to adopt a demographic based strategy as a complement to their direct terrorism, revolving around renaming what had been called up to then, "Arab refugees" as "homeless Palestinian people".

Or, Assads's father is on public record in the mid 70s stating to Arafat that, "... You do not represent Palestine as much as we do. Do not forget one thing: there is no Palestinian people, no Palestinian entity, there is only Syria! You are an integral part of the Syrian people and Palestine is an integral part of Syria. Therefore it is we, the Syrian authorities, who are the real representatives of the Palestinian people...".

Or even up to present day, when groups like Hamas are addressing Arab audiences, rather than international audiences, this is what they say. -
Why pretend their history is otherwise? Is it to deny Israel's claim to their own similar right to exist?

Perhaps he's been barred. Maybe they will track and shut down his access to this site if he registers. You of all people should know what it feels like to be unjustly barred from a website for sticking up for your point of view and arguments. That's the beauty of this site they encourage ardently sticking up for your own argument and don't ban people they disagree with. You however should have been banned long ago for your racism and hatred and name calling on this site but the admins don't do it they let other posters refute your baseless arguments.

Engage with him him and stop trying to get him barred

They were busy murdering Jews in British Mandate Palestine at the time.

Sadly for them, the British put down the revolt - and the Jews realized that they
would have to organize to defend themselves.

So, you accept that Palestine was a nation with its own flag in 1937. Good man, your P45 from Hasbara is in the post.
