You should provide some solid proof and links to your 'Zionist terror state' allegation.

Pejorative, leftist platitudes like that are rather facile.

The other states you mention have never passed themselves off as "the only demockracy in the Middle East".
Democracy includes a free press/media, something that Israel has been increasingly attacking since they bombed the press, including al Jazeera in their offices in Gaza.

Israel is fitting very well in the new "axis of evil" with her new pals United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Bahrain.

I wonder who is using who in that gang ?

They got Press TV closed down too after they broadcast live from Gaza during Cast Lead, still they have over 3.6m people following them online.

If Israel was convinced they were doing no wrong they would not be trying to stifle the press

I only go out of my way for people who are serious, dude. And that ain't you. I'm not wasting my time running after your runaway meme train only for the hyperventilating loon that's driving it to declare a well developed post of mine "leftist".

It's self evident anyway. The Brits planted the region with these Asiatics who LARP as "Ancient Isrealites", just like the Brits planted Ireland with colonists with the exact same cartoon sense of entitlement and expelled the natives living there in a replay of Cromwell's "To Hell or to Connaught". And just as the Brits colluded with loyalist death squads, America and the West constructed the Israeli planter state on a much grander scale, into an expansionist military powerhouse that is the envy of most of the world. The parallels between Ireland's traditional predicament and the current predicament of the Palestinians is striking.

Another insightful article by Robert Fisk

If you're wondering why Saudi Arabia and Israel have united against Al-Jazeera, here's the answer

There are still honourable Israelis who demand a state for the Palestinians; there are well-educated Saudis who object to the crazed Wahabism upon which their kingdom is founded; there are millions of Americans, from sea to shining sea, who do not believe that Iran is their enemy nor Saudi Arabia their friend. But the problem today in both East and West is that our governments are not our friends

Theresa May has already suppressed a report so it wouldn’t upset the Saudis. And we wonder why we go to war with the Middle East AFP

When Qatar’s Al Jazeera satellite channel has both the Saudis and the Israelis demanding its closure, it must be doing something right. To bring Saudi head-choppers and Israeli occupiers into alliance is, after all, something of an achievement.
But don’t get too romantic about this. When the wealthiest Saudis fall ill, they have been known to fly into Tel Aviv on their private jets for treatment in Israel’s finest hospitals. And when Saudi and Israeli fighter-bombers take to the air, you can be sure they’re going to bomb Shiites – in Yemen or Syria respectively – rather than Sunnis.
And when King Salman – or rather Saudi Arabia’s whizz-kid Crown Prince Mohammad – points the finger at Iran as the greatest threat to Gulf security, you can be sure that Bibi Netanyahu will be doing exactly and precisely the same thing, replacing “Gulf security”, of course, with “Israeli security”. But it’s an odd business when the Saudis set the pace of media suppression only to be supported by that beacon of freedom, democracy, human rights and liberty known in song and legend as Israel, or the State of Israel or, as Bibi and his cabinet chums would have it, the Jewish State of Israel.
So let’s run briefly through the latest demonstration of Israeli tolerance towards the freedom of expression that all of us support, nurture, love, adore, regard as a cornerstone of our democracy, and so on, and so on, and so on. For this week, Ayoob Kara, the Israeli communications minister, revealed plans to take away the credentials of Al Jazeera’s Israeli-based journalists, close its Jerusalem bureau and take the station’s broadcasts from local cable and satellite providers (continued)

If you're wondering why Saudi Arabia and Israel have united against Al-Jazeera, here's the answer

Everything always gets back to Israel with Fisk.

And if he can smear them by association with the worst of Arab religious fascism, all the better.

However, his free pass for Iranian ambitions and terrorism is rather revealing....

Fisk is an excellent investigative journalist who's not afraid to highlight the crimes of the terrorist state of Israel.

We need more like him, not Zionist lackeys trying to cover up for the murderous Israelis and Zionist power.

Such people aren't journalists, they're propagandists!

Ahem.. He warned the invasion of Iraq was a bad idea, when other media voices were screaming in favour of it.

First of all it's his job . "He has been Middle East correspondent intermittently since 1976 for various media"

Secondly Israel has fingers in almost everything that happens in the Middle East
