Our TDs don't engage in drug dealing, prostitution, explosions of nuclear devices or firing rockets at neighbouring countries.
None of the TDs is part of a gangster clan exploiting a whole country.
To compare a TD or MEP to the Kim clan is simply stupid and shows you have no idea what you are talking about.
Ha! haven't you ever heard of Fianna Fail? :D

Our government supports the US unquestioningly, and the US government has done, or has cynically created the ideal conditions for, all of the things you said to occur or thrive in countries all around the world, and many more besides

Plus it has implemented surveillance and propaganda structures which spy on us all and swamp us in nonsensical Orwellian propaganda daily

Pure lies, of course. Every Venezuelan election for the last 20 years has been held under international inspection and found to have been free and fair in every respect.

Lol. these CIA puppets didn't run in the Mayoral elections this Sunday - after the hammering the people gave them in the gubernatorial elections a couple of weeks ago. The Venezuelan people have rejected the coalition of landlords, drug pushers and CIA donkeys. I'm sure President Maduro will be delighted to let them run again - to see them running again from the Verdict of the People, as they did this Sunday.

The so called "opposition" is in disarray. President Maduro is becoming even more popular than Chavez, as he roots out corruption in high places and Makes Venezuela Great Again.

I wonder what Oliver Stone, Sean Penn, Naomi Klein, Jeremy Corbyn, Michael D Higgins and the rest of the Chavista love club think when they read this:

As Venezuela collapses, children are dying of hunger.

- New York Times.

They are thinking what any intelligent person is thinking - God bless Maduro in his work to protect Venezuela from CIA terrorism. But, of course, the terrorist "opposition" are in disarray and fighting among themselves. Venezuela goes from strength to strength as oil prices have picked up and Russia and China are helping to restructure Venezuela's debt. As a UN expert recently reported, there are delays in delivery of food (due to US backed terrorism), but there is no inability to buy and supply food to the population.

Venezuela and Russia Meet to Strengthen Energy Sector Ties

Venezuela has "the largest reserve of hydrocarbons in the world and, from that point of view, any oil company should aspire to work in this country."

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has met with representatives from Russia's state-owned oil company, Rosneft, to strengthen bilateral ties in the energy and gas sector.
The meeting, which took place Saturday in Maiquetia, in the Venezuelan state of Vargas, honored a promise made by Maduro in July.

"In the second semester, important documents will be signed to expand bilateral investments between Russian oil and gas companies and our PDVSA," the Venezuelan president told Russia Today at the time.

Meanwhile, Rosneft President Igor Sechin has asserted in multiple media interviews that the oil company intends to continue working with the Latin American nation's state-controlled Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), steadily increasing levels of cooperation over time.

"As I repeated on several occasions, we will never leave; no one can expel us, we will work with Venezuela and we will increase the levels of our cooperation," Sechin has said.
Venezuela has "the largest reserve of hydrocarbons in the world and, from that point of view, any oil company should aspire to work in this country."

Carters comments referrig to the election process were made in 2012 prior to the 2013 election based on information provided by the Venezuelan government describing the mechanics of the voting system and the workings of the voting machines and so on.

The more relevant report he produced after the 2013 election did not contain that ringing endorsement .

Are you going to tell us that you read all of Carter's reports on Venezuelan elections?

I read enough to be able to recognise someone selectively quoting from the report made before the election while ignoring the (far more relevant) report made after the election

Really? You've actually sat down to read one of Carter's reports on Venezuelan elections? You wouldn't be telling us fibs now, would you...

No I did not read the entirety of either of the two reports. I started off reading one of the Carter organisations reports and it was turgid as hell and I was bored out of my brains by the end of the first page.
So then I googled around and found links to other peoples summaries of the reports.
