European Commission head, Ursula von der Leyen, has unveiled a five-point plant to rearm Europe.She said member states should increase defence spending by 1.5% of GDP.It comes after Donald Trump said overnight he was halting all military aid to Ukraine.Asked whether the UK had been blindsided by the move, deputy prime minister Angela Rayner said the government "won't be derailed by commentary".
