- Have a connection to the local area
- Meet affordability criteria
- Adhere to household size and income thresholds
Application Process and Rent Prices
The application window remains open until 5 March, after which all eligible applicants will be entered into a lottery.The apartments are available at rents up to 36% below market rates, with prices set at:
- €1,710 per month for two-bed apartments (35 available)
- €1,850 per month for three-bed apartments (10 available)
- €2,100 per month for one large three-bed apartment
